Troubleshooting: Common Registration Issues

Problem Cause Solution
"Number Already Exists" Mobile already registered under another account Use a different phone number, or log in with the existing account. If not yours, use "Forgot Password" or contact [email protected] with proof of ownership.
"SMS Not Received" Network delay, wrong number, or phone number settings Wait 2 minutes and check SMS or call logs. Ensure airplane mode is off. Try registering with a different carrier (bKash/Nagad works even if SMS fails). Contact 24/7 live chat if stuck.
"Password Rejected" Doesn't meet strength rules Password needs 8+ characters, at least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z), and 1 number (0–9). Example: Bangla2024. Special characters optional. Check that caps lock is off when typing.
"Terms Not Accepted" Required checkbox unchecked You must tick both "I agree to Terms & Conditions" and "I am 18+". Both checkboxes are required. Once ticked, the form will submit successfully.
"Referral Code Invalid" Code doesn't exist or is expired Referral codes are valid 30 days. Ask your friend to confirm the exact code. It's optional—you can skip it and still get the 225% welcome bonus on your first deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions About b11111 Registration

What if I forget my password after registration?
Go to the login page at /b11111-login/ and click "Forgot Password". Enter your phone number. b11111 sends a reset code via SMS to your mobile. Click the link or enter the code on the password reset page. Create a new 8+ character password with uppercase and numbers. You can immediately log in with the new password. If SMS doesn't arrive, check spam or wait 2 minutes. Contact 24/7 live chat if the issue persists.
Can I register with someone else's phone number?
No. b11111 requires a phone number unique to you because it's used for identity verification, deposit/withdrawal confirmation, and customer support. Registering with a false number violates our Terms & Conditions and your account may be suspended. Bonus and winnings will be forfeited, and deposits non-refundable. If you don't have a mobile, ask family to register and use your own credentials during KYC verification.
How long does registration take?
Registration is instant. Fill out the form (2 minutes), click "Register Now", and your account is active immediately. You receive a confirmation SMS within 1 minute. You can log in, browse games, and deposit right away. KYC verification only applies when you withdraw over ৳50,000 or if randomly selected. You do not need to provide ID to register or make small withdrawals. For large amounts, upload ID and photo; review is usually 2 hours.
Is my personal information safe after I register?
Yes. b11111 uses SSL encryption (visible as "https://" and lock icon) for all data transmission. Your phone number and password are stored securely. We never sell or share your info with advertisers. Your data is only used for account management, payments, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention. Read the full Privacy Policy for details. You can request your data anytime or ask for account deletion. For security, never share your password with anyone, including b11111 staff.
Can I have multiple b11111 accounts?
No. Each person can register only once. Multiple accounts from the same phone number, email (during KYC), or payment method are detected and all suspended. Bonus and balance forfeited. If you previously played at b11111 and forgot the password, use "Forgot Password" to reset it instead of registering again. Each account is tied to one phone number for life. Violations of this rule result in permanent ban and no refund.
Do I need an ID or to verify my identity to register?
No ID is required to register or deposit. Registration only asks for mobile number and password. Your first withdrawal of up to ৳50,000 does not need verification. For withdrawals over ৳50,000 or if randomly selected, b11111 asks for KYC (Know Your Customer) proof: National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence photo + selfie with ID. Upload via your account dashboard. Verification takes 2 hours. Instant KYC services available for urgent cashouts. See our KYC Guide for full details.
